With easy access, on-site parking and a warm welcome from our Conference Hosts, the relaxing atmosphere of this lovely venue, coupled with state of the art audio/visual technology, ensures a productive day for all our corporate clients. Recently refurbished, our conference facilities are superbly equipped and extremely comfortable.

The staff at Hemingford Pavilion would like to welcome you to the venue. Our staff have many years experience of running conferences and training events, and are aware that it is the little details that count.

We hope that you will enjoy your visit and that we can exceed your expectation.

Throughout your event, our staff are always on hand to ensure that you have everything you need.  Your room will be set to your exact requirements with attention paid to every detail.

Our prices are flexible to suit every budget because we realise that we are living in difficult times. You can choose one of our delicious lunch menus or even bring your own.

Then decide how many servings of tea, coffee and biscuits you would like or opt for unlimited servings throughout your day. However you plan to spend your time with us, our aim is to ensure that you are delighted with our service!

Breakout group work in Lounge Bar free of charge (by prior arrangement).

These prices include set up of the room to your requirements, and complimentary use of our conference equipment:- Multi-media Projector, Screen, Flipchart and Pens. Free Wi Fi available. Tables are set to the layout of your choice with notepaper, pencils and mints. We have the latest equipment and comfortable chairs. We clear the room for you at the end of your event.


Our experienced Conference Host will be in attendance during your refreshment breaks to ensure that all your needs are accommodated.
