Hemingfords Lawn Tennis Club

Whether you are interested in social tennis, or league tennis, we’re pleased to welcome you.  We have three carpet courts, which are open throughout the year.  During the summer we have three club sessions a week and organise regular tournaments. There is also the opportunity for league matchplay. We have practice nights early in the season when any player interested in match play is welcome to participate. During the winter we also arrange some indoor sessions, which have proved very popular.

We have approximately 120 adult members, most of whom live in the Hemingfords, but we also have members in St Ives and surrounding villages. Coaching for senior players of all abilities can be arranged. We also have around 80 junior members and organise coaching during the summer months.

To encourage juniors we have a ‘junior’ and ‘student’ membership and to promote family involvement we have a special rate for family membership. We also have a ‘parent’ membership to enable a parent to play with their child without having to be a full adult member.
